to suit your taste and fitness level. Our classes are designed to accommodate the beginner as well as challenge even the most
advanced exercise enthusiast. All classes are taught by certified, experienced, professional instructors.

Class Descriptions

Zumba

Zumba is a mixture of Latin and hip-hop moves, with a touch of belly dancing. Zumba is a low-impact, yet high-energy exercise. There is a lot of side-to-side moving accompanied by hip shaking. The music is a Latin and club feel, that pumps out infectious beats that make you want to keep moving even after the hour is over!

Total Body Conditioning

TBC uses a variety of movements to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn. The exercises performed use a variety of tools - steps, hand weights, kettle bells, resistance bands & your own body weight for resistance - just to name a few.

Drill Max

DRILL MAX is an athletic circuit workout that exudes a hybrid of agility training, cardiovascular conditioning and functional fitness at its best! There is something for everyone in this workout. IGNITE your metabolism. CRUSH calories. BURN fat.

Work It Circuit

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. This training is superb for general fitness and caters to a wide variety of fitness levels.

Senior Sculpt

A step up in intensity from the SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement class. Ready for the next challenge. This class is for you.

Gentle Yoga Stretch

Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with mat exercises. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of flowing movement. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

SilverSneakers®

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a SilverSneakers ball all are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, resistance bands, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
